The service here was absolutely horrible if I could give zero stars let’s just say I would unfortunately google doesn’t give me that option. Just absolutely disrespectful to a paying customer that I drink my entire glass and server doesn’t come back to my table not one time after giving me my food. I literally had to eat my entire meal with no drink because both waitresses thought it was amazing time to socialize on the phone the entire time I was there. The bad part is I was the only customer just no excuses on being that lazy if you don’t want to work stay home. I want to eat and not have a dry mouth the entire time. Then had the audacity to ask when I paid how was your service. Do we seriously have to ask these question or do people seriously don’t realize the service was that bad.

Made a mobile delivery order and it was pretty messed up. They sent us the whole wrong pizza and then drowned the wings in a pool of sauce. Whoever prepared the wings clearly just didn’t care at all.

Poor service. They're not using the right dough for the personal pan pizzas to begin with. It's JANKIE. The made my order wrong and then tried not to remake it because I took a bite of it first before I noticed. They are lazy and do not care of they retain customers. I worked at a pizza hut before and know how it is. That's not how it is. That's not how you retain customers. That's how you get shut down and reported to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), state attorney general's consumer protection division, and the Federal Trade Commission.

Went to Pizza Hut to pick up my order said it was ready online, when I get to the store it wasn’t ready. They left me sitting at the window for 20 mins waiting no one came and talked to me till they said the pizza stuck to the pan? Didn’t even get an apology.

Shity attitude with the person at pick up desk asked for crushed peppers and was told are you going to pay for them. I call asking for the manager told him how I was treated he said he didn't care leave a bad review if I don't like it.

I typically avoid posting complaints about local businesses, as I understand how challenging the food service industry can be. However, I feel this experience needs to be shared.
Today, we ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in Hereford, requesting extra sauce. Unfortunately, the pizza we picked was both burnt and completely dry, with no sign of the extra sauce we had requested. After taking a single bite and noticing the issues, we called the store. They assured us they would remake the pizza, but we would need to go to the store to pick it up.
When we arrived to collect the replacement, we were informed that, because we had taken one bite of the original pizza, we would need to pay for an entirely new one. This left me puzzled—does this policy mean they intended to resell the original pizza?
I’m disappointed, as this experience has left me questioning whether customer satisfaction is truly a priority for Pizza Hut Hereford.
