Shity attitude with the person at pick up desk asked for crushed peppers and was told are you going to pay for them. I call asking for the manager told him how I was treated he said he didn't care leave a bad review if I don't like it.

All I asked for was a supreme pizza with no sausage with extra mushrooms. How hard is that to get right. Pizza Hut can’t seem to get this right in any town I visit. I’m done.

I typically avoid posting complaints about local businesses, as I understand how challenging the food service industry can be. However, I feel this experience needs to be shared.
Today, we ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in Hereford, requesting extra sauce. Unfortunately, the pizza we picked was both burnt and completely dry, with no sign of the extra sauce we had requested. After taking a single bite and noticing the issues, we called the store. They assured us they would remake the pizza, but we would need to go to the store to pick it up.
When we arrived to collect the replacement, we were informed that, because we had taken one bite of the original pizza, we would need to pay for an entirely new one. This left me puzzled—does this policy mean they intended to resell the original pizza?
I’m disappointed, as this experience has left me questioning whether customer satisfaction is truly a priority for Pizza Hut Hereford.

I don’t even know where to begin with this place second time here eating and both times have been sorry! Waiters don’t even know how to take orders and it’s hot in the dine in! And what place don’t have fountains bottles really!!?? Just a no go for me at all

We ordered a dinner box and never got our cheese sticks after a hour of waiting till we got in our truck to leave then he came running out with them. After reminding him that we didn't get them 5+ times. Then I opened the box and they were bread sticks. Worst pizza hut I've ever been to . It was about 85° in the restaurant to top it off.

Food was delicious, it arrived hot and all the order was correct, I am very happy with the order, the ingredients were great quality and the bread was crunchy, everything was baked amazingly. I haven't had pizza this great in a long while. The wings were crunchy and really good sauce. We enjoyed it all. Thank you. Keep baking items this way.

Very unprofessional and rude. Tried placing order online twice and it said it wouldn’t take my card. So I decided to call and place my order for two larger three topping pizzas and a breadsticks, added a two liter and sticky buns no icing. They called and stated they were out of breadsticks and asked if I wanted to replace them or remove them , when I asked to replace them they were extremely rude saying they would charge me full price so I removed them. Made my order for delivery and after an hour we got our order delivered and it was two medium one topping pizzas w sticky buns w icing when specifically asked no icing. I called and requested the pizzas I paid for to be remade and decided to go pick them up. Picked them up with out checking them and got home and realized they remade the two medium one topping pizzas and were supposed to be making two large three topping. I called and complained and asked them to credit me back and send my correct pizzas and they agreed to credit 15 dollars to my account and send my pizzas. Here we are 3.5 hours later no pizza. I called and just requested my money back and employee got extremely rude and started yelling bc I told them it’s ridiculous that I started an order at 5:30 and it’s 9 and still can’t get the order right . WILL NOT EVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE !!!!
