there donut holes are good, but i dont know about these donuts, especially that powdered donut has too much on it and the donuts are expensive to, $13 just for one box of donuts, i usually jus get donut holes, but they were out, but I think I'm going to start going back to the Hereford donut shop that I used to go to

Recently I put an online order at 2 when to go pick it up and they didn’t make it because they were closing?!? I couldn’t get my refund which I’m very upset about. But yet the door says they close at 5pm?? Make it make sense??? Sounds lazy to me!! Photo of my receipt btw!! Explain this to me rn.
