I had an online order it took over 15mins to get. Not busy. I tried to order at the screen no one responded it was just turnt off twice. I went inside and ordered. When I finally did receive my items one was wrong and the cheese sticks were old. There’s only 1 in this town Yal should have great service.

Once again Sonic screws up, if it's not one mistake its another, whether they screw your order up or whether it simple as swiping a card a second time because your machine is not working properly, Don't waste your time money or patience going to this location because the service sucks too!

Took 8 minutes for them to answer red button. We ordered THREE items and it took them over thirty minutes to get it to us. We even called to check on our order once. They said “oh it’s coming now.” It still took seven more minutes before they came out. Meanwhile, the drive through window was just rolling cars though. A lady beside us told us they had been waiting over 40 minutes! I get being short staffed/being busy, but 30-40 minutes for two milkshakes and a hotdog is unacceptable.

I stopped yesterday to get a ocean water and it had some strong chemicals in it. It tasted and smelled very weird. I didn't have time to get it fixed because I was working. I decided that a drink loaded with chemicals was not good on my 400 mile drive. Thanks but no thanks!

Ordered 2 drinks and nothing more on app. Waited about 10 mints then headed to go get them. Pull up to stall check in and just sit and wait for over 30 minutes and just watch kids hanging out drive thru window talking and messing around. Pretty sad it took so long my name and order saying it was in the kitchen went away on screen and had to push button multiple times before anyone answered. Horrible service with a bunch of kids working.
