Waited at their speaker for about 15 minutes no long line 3 ppl with headsets on and not one person would at least answer after such a long wait. Your staff is terribly rude and incredibly inconsiderate. Had there been a long line or crazy busy I could understand but they had neither.

Ordered my food off the app. Estimated time was like 6 minutes. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my food. 1 drink, 1 burger and cc tots. Longest wait ever for them not being busy. I asked what was taking so long and was told patties were just being made for my order. That was at the 20 minute mark. After waiting this long they still got my food wrong.

I had an online order it took over 15mins to get. Not busy. I tried to order at the screen no one responded it was just turnt off twice. I went inside and ordered. When I finally did receive my items one was wrong and the cheese sticks were old. There’s only 1 in this town Yal should have great service.

Once again Sonic screws up, if it's not one mistake its another, whether they screw your order up or whether it simple as swiping a card a second time because your machine is not working properly, Don't waste your time money or patience going to this location because the service sucks too!

Took 8 minutes for them to answer red button. We ordered THREE items and it took them over thirty minutes to get it to us. We even called to check on our order once. They said “oh it’s coming now.” It still took seven more minutes before they came out. Meanwhile, the drive through window was just rolling cars though. A lady beside us told us they had been waiting over 40 minutes! I get being short staffed/being busy, but 30-40 minutes for two milkshakes and a hotdog is unacceptable.
