We ordered through the Taco Bell app, which allowed us to choose to pick up the order inside. When we got there the lobby was closed and it didn't really look like the drive thru was open. We were traveling with our dogs and walked them around outside before going through the drive thru. It was open, we received our order and while I was checking to make sure my burritos didn't have any dairy in them, the lady opened the door again to tell us she had a timer on the drive thru. That's cool - but there was no one else waiting for food and I'd generally like to eat mine without a serious allergic reaction.... Luckily, the burritos were made correctly and we went on our way. Hopefully it's great when the lobby reopens.

We ordered threw door dash and they forgot one of our items so I called and spoke to male manger” didn’t want to give his name” who didn’t care to help at all said there was nothing her can do we sent our door dash back gave a extra tip and they sent him with one taco which was not even part of our order! Had out recipe on it so they knew what they were doing! Bad service rude af manger what happened to customer is always right just keep saying sorry can’t help you. Never going back again as long as he is there.

I am very dissatisfied with my first trip to Taco Bell. This was my first and will DEFINITELY be my last visit EVER. You could’ve had a loyal customer but instead you chose to not listen to my instructions and screw up my order. I did not order a supreme hard taco specifically WITHOUT tomatoes but, I received a supreme taco with tomatoes instead. I am highly allergic to tomatoes and sour cream so I will not be visiting with this business again.

9:15pm go inside can't read the dining menu lights were off. All lights were dim. Waitress ask what I want. I reply back can you turn lights on menu. She had a attitude like why ask her turn the lights on. When I get my meal to go. I was checking to see that I got all 3 tacos and burritos were cold. i mentioned it to the waitress and she got her boss. He stated he would make a new taco. I tried to tell him everything was cold. I got the feeling they did not want to work, they just wanted to play with the little ones and listen to loud music and play on there phones.

Already loved taco Bell ran for the boarder a few times .never feels I'm that speedy Gonzales ? that the newer generation doesn't know about so my best taco Bell experience has been at this location ..they were not stingy with the hot sauce packets 5 star to the homeboy that knows for each taco there has to be 2 or 3 packets 3 if your feeling good on a 2day bender salute to Herford tex..yeepa!
Usually this place is fast. Decided to go to drive ordered all our food was wrong even after we asked to make sure what was in the boxes. Ordered a dragonfruit freeze that looked like our was missing a third of it. We asked if that was how they came and she said yes. WTHRECOMMEND GOING INSIDE!!!
