I love El Vaquero! The food is always nice and hot, I highly recommend the Menudo and El Vaquero Plate. I went recently and saw they did some remodeling, that’s always nice. I saw on another review someone complained about the young waiters, they are awesome in my opinion. Son amables, platican bien y están al tanto de los customers y sus órdenes. Also, try the Tacos de Cabeza con salsa roja
Great atmosphere, the Carne asada had great flavor. For me, it was cooked more like beef jerky. Everyone else said their food was wonderful. Definitely going back, ill try something else next time.
