What a great little place in Hereford, TX! Loved the ceviche, enchiladas and sides, plus they have fresh pineapple water. The whole party really liked their meals and we have become regulars during our stay here.
We were passing through town, and happened to see this restaurant open early Saturday morning.
I ordered coffee and my husband had horchata one of the fresh made juices. The coffee was fresh and delicious as was the Horchata per my husband, not too sweet. To eat we ordered the large Menudo, and 3 soft Tacos 2 Carne Asada and 1 carnitas.
The Menudo was delicious! I wanted an order to go for the next morning, but we forgot to get it on the way out, ??♀️....

You will be surprised by the generous portions of food that are served, definitely not stingy.
