The service is awesome! I ordered the Wednesday meal today and everything was perfect! The manager was very kind and the workers who put my order together did a great job. I dont come here often but i may be making more trips to Wendys from now on! :)

Their service sucks. Took more then 30 mins for just cookies they had to remake a frosty and a girl with glasses gave lots of attitude. Over all very unprofessional. If you want good service I do not recommend coming here.

Absolutely ridiculous wait, every single time. I am forced to come to Wendy's for uber eats & doordash deliveries and it's over 20 mins every time! 5 people working, every one standing there like they don't know what to do. Multiple times told after 10 mins of waiting, that they don't have chicken.. the main item ordered. Terrible.. worst overall fast food service in town.

Stopped in around 10:00 pm and walked right up to the counter only to be told the lobby was closed. If the lobby closes prior to the drive through, post the hours, both on the store as well as online (corporate website and Google). Also, once it's closed, LOCK THE DOOR.

I ordered a loaded baked potato for my lunch break but when I opened the container once I got back to work it was literally just a potato. No toppings, sour cream, cheese or anything else except for a fork. I was optimistic because usually when I order a baked potato they say they don’t have any and they still managed to screw it up.
Stopped for a quick break and bite to eat and boy do I regret it! My sandwich smelled like cleaning chemicals and spoiled beef and I tossed it and my dogs food was cold as well as my coworkers nuggets that were still cold in the middle, beware!!

I've eaten here several times and never had bad service until I went very late one night. The golden arches next door had a HUGE drive thru line and Wendy's had almost none, now I know why. My order was missing fries and ketchup.. geez thanks. What Leo Getts said in the movie Lethal Weapon was right. I'd go back, but only during the day when I've never had a problem.

The orders are never correct and they make constant mistakes. These mistakes are rarely corrected. They don’t like to give refunds and just expect you to accept the loss on their screw ups. The manager is unprofessional and the entire crew is laughing and cutting up at the window. Even laughing and making fun of customers.
