Stopped for a quick break and bite to eat and boy do I regret it! My sandwich smelled like cleaning chemicals and spoiled beef and I tossed it and my dogs food was cold as well as my coworkers nuggets that were still cold in the middle, beware!!

I've eaten here several times and never had bad service until I went very late one night. The golden arches next door had a HUGE drive thru line and Wendy's had almost none, now I know why. My order was missing fries and ketchup.. geez thanks. What Leo Getts said in the movie Lethal Weapon was right. I'd go back, but only during the day when I've never had a problem.

Food is pretty good, clean area, just very slow customer service. Everytime i place a mobile order i’m parked waiting 10-30 minutes no matter what.

The orders are never correct and they make constant mistakes. These mistakes are rarely corrected. They don’t like to give refunds and just expect you to accept the loss on their screw ups. The manager is unprofessional and the entire crew is laughing and cutting up at the window. Even laughing and making fun of customers.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meal, only thing is they put mayonnaise kids meal burger after we asked for plain. Did not see till on road.

The girl with the neck tattoo who took my order was very nice. However, the cook with the glasses baffles me. I ordered two jr. hamburgers with only ketchup and mustard. I got two cheeseburgers. I'm allergic to cheese so I took them back up, handed them to the cook and explained the order again. I then got a jr. hamburger with only ketchup and a completely plain jr. hamburger...how?

UPDATE: It's been 7 months so I figure I'd give this place another try. It's even worse, somehow. After placing the order, it took 23 mins to get the food...and it was wrong.

They always have very bad service, they take a long time to give the food and you are alone and they still make a mistake with what you ordered. The cashier always makes a mistake and you complain to the manager and she agrees with the cashier, not even she can do right. your job for that reason is always alone that business horrible service

For the first time I came to buy at Wendy's in Hereford Texas because I didn't go to McDonald's and without any car in front of me I ordered an Apple Pecan Chicken Salad to take away at the payment window and they left me waiting for 10 minutes and a young man came out and gave me a hamburger of chicken, someone explain to me, I was so angry that I gave them to him and I left so as not to fight, I think that's why that Wendy's in Hereford is always alone 0% recommended

40 minutes after being pulled up for a mobile order to wait while they serviced the in store dinners. Get food ALL the burgers were wrong. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by their inability to provide adequate service.

This place needs to enforce better standards. There are staff members with hair down past their shoulders without a hair tye or a hair net.We began eating our meal when we noticed something In the food..... It was a price of paper shaped into a heart with a quarter. Very gross. We called and notified the manager of the issue and he just laughed and said oh I know exactly what your talking about. That was a quarter from a previous customer that had given it to one of the other staff members. He didn't apologize or take accountability for this incident. He only apologized after I drove back to the store to request a full refund for the meals.

Ordered a Frosty trying to pay with cash the girl at the window said she could not take a 20 and wanted me to pay with a card they were not busy no one in line so I said no and drove away I went back a couple of days later and ordered a baconater they told me to pull up and wait after waiting for 10 minutes I tried to go inside to get it the door was locked so I was going to drive around to the window this was 3pm no one else in line just then someone came out with a cold sandwich I'm pretty sure this was retaliation for the Frosty this would explain why McDonald's next door has a constant line of customer's
