We absolutely LOVE this place! We order the crab wontons and then our noodle meal that we split between the two of us. Everything is always delicious.

I ordered pho bo bien small size with extra meat. It tastes alright but for the price I won't come back

The dishes and appetizers came out intermingled. My rice came out long after my chicken curry stir-fried. Probably a better carry out option.

The smell of the grease in the air is overwhelming as soon as you step in the building.

We placed an order online, he gave us the wrong food and we had to turn around 15 minutes into driving because he couldn’t simply check the order. Also, we paid extra for the combination fried rice and there was barely any shrimp, we counted only two. The food was good but I don’t think it’s worth the price. Guy at the front desk was kind of rude

First time trying tonight. The food is okay, it’s kind of expensive but they do give a lot. My issue is the guy who answers the phone and is at the front desk. He was in such a rush taking my order which caused a misunderstanding on my part. He didn’t tell me a total or how long it would take for my order to be ready. When he started ringing up everything I was like “oh I didn’t want an extra egg roll, did you say it comes with two already?” He throws his head down and is like I didn’t say that. I really should’ve walked out at that point and took my business elsewhere. Because of that I probably won’t be back and don’t recommend.

A Taste of Laos recently moved to a new location, and it’s a fantastic upgrade! The food remains amazing, and they now offer fountain drinks with refills, which is a great addition. Portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly and happy to answer questions about their authentic Laotian cuisine—a true gem in the Waco area. I had the Spicy Noodles with Chicken, and they were delicious! Be warned, even the ‘medium’ spice level packs a punch, so if you’re unsure, go with ‘mild.’ My partner had the Fried Pork Belly plate with fried rice and absolutely loved it. Everything is made to order, and they’re great at accommodating dietary restrictions. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I hate this place. They’re always rude, especially the guy at the counter, and they take forever!

Spicy egg noodles. Yum! Bad thing is this location closed. Got herself a stand-alone somewhere else. Good for her. Highly recommend finding the new restaurant. Food was always excellent here.

Great food I will definitely be coming back to attack the whole menu

Let me start off by saying the food is amazing! Pretty much anything you get on the menu is a hit! But on the other hand, portion sizes aren’t consistent considering the price. One day you might get a huge plate and the next time you order it’ll be half the size. Be careful when adding in ingredients, you don’t get what you pay for. Customer service is a little off, some workers are unsure or confused when trying to order. Beware! Chili oil has an additional fee when you do a Togo order . You can’t add chili oil on your plate prior to leaving from the table.
