I have enjoyed the location downtown numerous times , but wanted to try out the Hewitt location. Went for the 2nd time last week and my family and I were seated on the patio within 2 minutes. Once we sat down, we waited for our waitress to greet us and ask for our drink order. Well after 15-20 minutes she never came. Of course she could have been busy, but after going in and out at least 3 times and talking to other tables multiple times, we decided to leave. Not a “I’ll be right with you” or “Sorry for the wait” whatsoever. We’ll be sticking with the 2nd street location from now on.

I had The Cowboy burger and it was awesome! My wife had a burger basket and enjoyed hers too. Our server was very polite, professional and listened very well. When she brought out our order, it was steaming the whole time we ate it! I highly recommend this place! The only reason why I gave it only 4 stars was because one of the main ingredients in The Cowboy was onion rings and I never got them.

We are new in town so I asked my daughter where to go for burgers. She suggested Billy Bob's, and I'm glad she did! We sat on the patio, had excellent service, and the food was very good. It came out steaming hot, which we appreciated. They have a good drinks selection, and Happy Hour prices are incredible.

The food was mediocre, The staff we're fantastic and friendly, The music was really really loud but the outside patio is nice.For my family of four we spent $105... The boys had milkshakes instead of fountain drinks. Husband and I had one alcoholic drink each.Nothing special no crazy extras.If you take away the alcoholic drinks it was still $80 plus dollars.. for a burger joint.In short, hit up Freddy's or Hat Creek! Half the price probably the same quality of food.
My second time here. We arrived around 1:30 so we’re seated right away and ordered drinks at that time. The server brought them right out and took my order. We asked for chips and salsa and two sandwiches. My drink was almost gone so I got up to get the chips and salsa. There no other customers and by the time I asked an employee my server came out of the kitchen with our meal. She followed me to my table, sat the food in front of the wrong person, apologized about the chips and turned around and walked off. I yelled across the room to forget the chips as I was getting our napkins, ketchup (that I asked for) from other tables. The food was good but that’s not why we went to this place instead of a fast food restaurant. My first time in my life I’ve never lift a tip or wrote a review. I usually bit my tongue and never go back.

I was excited to go and try out Billy Bob's Burgers. Always fun to try a new place! I could not believe how loud it was inside this place! OMG My party and I could not hear one another at all! It was so loud! Now, the burgers were delicious and the tater tots were cooked to perfection. Delicious beef‼‼ Excellent service but we did have a pretty good wait on our food but in the end it was worth it. Excellent burgers! I'm not sure I would go back to eat inside but I would definitely pick up an order to go! Sports bar & gathering place but not for me!
