I have only ordered delivery from Chopsticks, and it has been hot and flavorful every time. I usually order one of the meals because it is a cost conscious way to order, and the food reheats well in the microwave for lots of leftover meals. I love their egg rolls, teriyaki chicken, and wonton soup, especially. The General Tso's chicken and broccoli beef are my go-to entrees. I always order a couple of their hot oil condiments to spice it up a bit.

Poor customer service, did not greet when entering or help assist me when trying to order. This was the nastiest if not one of the worst Chinese food places i’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t eat here again even if my life was on the line. Fried rice? More like bland yellow rice. The food tasted like dirty dish water. I wouldn’t recommend this place not even to my worst enemy and I mean that. If I had to give Chopsticks any advice, that would be to close this location down in Hewitt immediately! Forget 1/10! This place was -10/10!

Their Happy Family seems more veggies than meats. The scallops looked more like corn, and you have more broccoli than anything. It tastes amazing, but not what I payed for

We called ahead of time, around 6pm to make sure they were open due to the weather and we were told they would be open till 8:45pm and placed an order with Matthew for my family over the phone with an employee. Then 30 minutes later we go up there to pick up the order and the place is closed and it looked like they just closed as well. After we get there we got a notification that they were closed due to the weather. Poor communication on there end.

The new dining room had a very good vibe with background music. Atmosphere and the menu were full of healthy choices. Food was cooked to order and all very fresh and tasty. Prices were excellent and ample food. Two locally owned Businesses supporting each other!

DO NOT GET THE FRIED RICE!!!! IT IS NOT FRIED RICE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS. Why is it yellow? It has no flavor! i believe that plain white rice would have more flavor. If you like bland food this place is fantastic for you.

Went during my 30 minute lunch to pick up an order I called in. After getting all the way back to work I realized that they gave me shrimp lo mein instead of shrimp fried rice, which is what I ordered and payed for. I called the restaurant and was helped by the general manager who wanted me to go bring the food back up there even after I explained I was on my 30 minute lunch and that was not possible. The manager then stated that the owner was not in the building and would give me a call in a few minutes to further discuss. 4 hours later after I get off work, I call back to get an update on getting my shrimp fried rice replaced for the next time I go have lunch, the manager once again stated that the owner is aware and is “ dealing with other customers ” and “ a lot of other things “ today but will call me in a “ few minutes “ once again to further discuss. I told the manager plenty of times I did not need to speak to the owner, all I wanted was for them to replace my shrimp fried rice for a future order. 3 DAYS LATER, still no phone call, no follow up about THEIR MISTAKE and no accountability for something THEY messed up. Very disappointed in how they have handled this situation. I’ve been to plenty other chopsticks in town and this is the worst experience by far

Order the lunch special sesame chicken… started eating and the chicken was cold in the inside not cooked all the way. The rice was bland and had a black spot in it that almost broke my tooth. I called back to report the order and they hung up on me twice. THIS PLACE GETS A ZERO STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. WORST CHOPSTICKS LOCATION EVER WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

My husband and I went by last night 10/14 ordered shrimp and brocolli w fried rice and my husband ordered sesame chicken. The food had no flavor at all the rice was the worst rice I have ate before. I regret wasting my money here
