The supervisor on the shift around 3:30 p.m. on 4-11-24 displayed a horrible sense of priority. While the dining orders piled up she decided to assist the cook who was taking 2 bags of cardboard to the trash. While they took their time at the trash smoking cigarettes the lobby and drive through backed up miserably. Everyone worked separately and no one helped one another. Making all areas backed up. Please get better management who knows how to delegate tasks and expedite orders and boost great customer service.

Asked for well done dude sandwich even if they had to dip it twice. Sandwich was barely warm and meat was not well done. It was actually pretty soggy. The kids working were nice and polite.

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes before getting to order station and there were only 2 vehicles in front of me. Total time in drive through was 35 minutes. I didn’t order. If you don’t have enough staff, don’t open the restaurant! Food is sub-par at best.
We went on a Tuesday if was dead. We waited a bit for our food but when we got it the fries were almost cold and not at all freshIdk how we were the only ones inside but they didn't make it fresh. It seemed they were doing the people in the drive-through before us

THANK YOU DEONWhen driving in I wasn't sure if the DQ was open. The lights were dim. Restroom light flickers The System was rebooting and the cashier seemed nervous or confusedThen Deon saves the day calm cool and professional like he's seen these situations a hundred times and knew how to fix all of them And he made this experience warm and nice. Soon as I sat down the lights were on brighter and music was some good countryThe food was just the way I enjoyed nice and hot It was delicious

This Dairy Queen made one of the best Heath bar Blizzards I've had in a very long time. Perfect!!It looked exactly like the blizzards in the Dairy Queen commercials!!! So good.I was so busy eating my blizzard, I neglected to ask my husband how his chocolate sundae was. The sundae was a 5 star winner also!Best ever ❤
