Good pizza, fast friendly service. Fast in and out. Great value too. 3 of us ate and had leftovers with a 2 liter soda for $23. For a chain pizza joint, it is authentic and better than most.

I've had enough. Enough of the wrong order, wrong pizza, missing food, wrong pizzoli, and you see the trend; almost every other order is WRONG. I call and all I get is "oh, we're sorry... we'll ensure it doesn't happen again." And it does. Meanwhile, poor management and quality control holds no one accountable for the screwup. It's a shame because it was the only descent pizza (when they got it right) that delivers to my area.

This guy or kid needs to be let go, or have consequences for providing the worst customer service I’ve ever had. No greeting, no thanks for coming, he did not said a word when I asked two simple questions. He just looked at me like I was dumb for asking a question. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Got someone’s pizza. I normally turn them down in this instance, but i was not home this time around. My babysitter assumed I sent pizza. I called and informed them that they delivered it to the wrong address and that the kids took it in. It was REALLY good pizza. The only complaint is that I found out that it was my neighbor’s, and that they told her to call her neighbors for her order. LIKE, WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? Luckily they remade her order but seriously, that’s what we’re doing for an order you delivered to the wrong address and did NOT confirm with an adult at the time of service?! Ew. Great pizza. Horrible customer service.

I have to admit, things were looking a little Sus when I pulled up. The location is a bit sus....some of the staff were outside, and they looked a little sus. But we were there, so I ran and decided to give them a shot.Let me remind y'all a lesson our parent's told us! Don't judge a book by its cover.Once I went inside, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Inside was very clean.And we were really surprised by the pizza! Decent price and the pizza was actually pretty great. We got three different kinds and all three (eaten by different people) drew rave reviews. We got a speciality pizza and is was LOADED with toppings. Cheese was properly melted. Crust was properly cooked. We have about 10 restaurants that we really enjoy in the area. Marcos has moved into the list and will definitely be in our pizza-rotation.Give these guys a chance. Pretty darn good pizza and a friendly staff.

Darn, i thought i posted this! I like this pizza place. Everyone is so professional and helpful. The kitchen looks well cleaned and everything is viewable from the counter. Not a good place to eat in though as inside dining is only available at a bar and stool area. Pizza is darn tasty too. This particular place is co-located with a gas station and convenience store. I do recommend Marco's in general.
