My daughter told me about yall feeding kids for free.
So i brought 2 of my Grands.
They had such a Great time.

Thankful to whomever decided to bless Parents/Grandparents with a free meal for our kids!

The Jambalaya is perfect. 10 out of 10

I've tried about half the dishes on the menu and they are all very, very good.

I ordered the seafood potato and my boyfriend ordered the blackened pasta. The food was top-tier for my first time trying this cuisine. I am very glad I chose this place; the seafood is cooked to perfection.

First time trying. Had heard good things. Was hungry for some good catfish so decided to give it a try.
I like crispy catfish. If you like crispy catfish, this ain't the place for you.
This was NOT crispy at all. Not even the fries. It was all soggy. The food was piping hot but soggy. The skin was falling off the fish. There was no kind of crisp at all. While the fish flavor was good and cooked good, it was the fact it was soggy that did it for me.
Hush puppies were good. Shrimp was the same, soggy.
Not a fan. Would not eat here again.

I cannot say enough great things about Armstrong’s! I usually get the crawfish étouffée and it’s ALWAYS delicious and only $10 for a generous portion. Today I ordered the gumbo $13, and it’s equally amazing! Their portion sizes are great, food is consistently delicious, and the service is fast. Definitely a great place for good Cajun cuisine in Waco, located amongst the many great restaurants/food vendors in Union Hall.

I had the blackened chicken Alfredo and it was delicious. Large portions so I was able to share. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to try more things!

The food is amazing. It's worth the time it takes. They need another waitress or waiter for dinner time.

The best Cajun/New Orleans food in Waco…not even close. Actually as good or better than many places we’ve eaten at in New Orleans. This is a tiny restaurant with minimal atmosphere but don’t let that distract you from the great food. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic fresh seafood and service: gumbo was perfection, melt in your mouth crab cakes. Portions large enough to have lunch and leftovers for dinner.
