If I could give negative stars, I would. We have came to this restaurant since 2010 when we moved to this area. I’ve never been more disgusted in my entire life. My husband and I placed an order through the app for a carryout, when we got there, we decided let’s just eat it inside so we went inside. Let them know that we were going to wait and eat there and we sat down. Our pizza was brought out, and while I was disappointed with the quality of the pizza ( Some pieces were missing cheese), We decided to eat it anyways it wasn’t that bad that it needed to be remade. Halfway through our dinner, my husband notices a cockroach crawling up the wall, So he immediately gets up and points it out to the employee, Who said, “ A roach”, grabbed some napkins and smashed it on the wall. We were absolutely disgusted and we left and left our food on the table. I spoke to them today and was told I could get credit or a refund for not even the total amount spent, We did not want credit so I said refund is fine. Only to find out I have to wait for a check from corporate 30-60 days. Such nonsense, I will never go back to this restaurant. Health department has also been notified.

Pizza Hut uses doordash without telling you before you order. Doordash has damaged my property at my home in the past so I dont want their 'contractors' on my property. So if you have issues with doordash... avoid ordering from here. Also should mention doordash was just in the news today(11december) for one of their drivers pepper spraying someone's food. Look it up.

Service at the counter was good-but I had to wait on my flatbread that I was taking to go and it was so burnt that the pepperoni snapped like chips. I normally would have complained once I got home and opened the box, but I was too tired to complain without emotion. And it was edible, minus the pepperoni.

My recommendation is use the App, first time in a Pizza Hut in 10 yrs and the person at the register had no patience for me to review the menu to figure out how to order (they have a ton of options). All that being said the chicken wings are good and next time we will not be trying hand tossed crust.

No longer a good value for your money. This is a 2 topping pizza. Not sure where the toppings are. I asked for it to be remade and was told that it how a 2 topping pizza looks. Manager informed me there will ne no remakes. NOT A PROBLEM LADY I will no longer spend my money at pozza hut. Hewitt location has staff that appear dingy & unkempt. Pleade see photos of pizza & please note this is a medium pizza. Customer Service is a joke saying reach out to the store.

Incredibly Rude. I called to place an order. I was asking if they had a particular special still available which I had an advertisement for. They literally hung up on me. I called back and asked "Did you just hang up on me?" The young girl said "Yes I did". I said "Why did you do that". She said "Because you didn't sound serious." I said "Did you bother to look up my phone number and see that I have ordered there several times before?"
Instead of admitting her mistake she continued to berate me about how I worded the call. Claiming "That's not how you are supposed to place an order". I didn't realize there was a specific script I was supposed to follow when ordering a pizza. Especially when inquiring about a special.
Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I'm not even mad that she was so rude, but if they treat customers like that, how much do you think they care about your food?
