You can't beat how fast they are. Solid food and taco Tuesday prices are great as well as the margarita prices. Not going to say it's the best food you'll ever have but the speed, value, and service make it for sure worth going. Tortillas are made in house as well.
Rosas cafe is good quality in a Mexican food restaurant. This is like a cross between fast food and classic sit down. Order at the counter and pick it up but they bus the tables and the food is made all in house.They have their own food supply that is processed in their town a of origin and shipped to their restaurants. Good food great prices.
Yuck. Didn't know this was just a fancy Taco Cabana. I personally will not be returning. Girl at the counter didn't speak loud enough to be heard and then acted like I was a witch for asking her to repeat herself and telling her I couldn't hear anything she was saying.
