Manager is rude. They wouldn't open breakfast until a hour after my online order and well , in the drive through , they literally shut the lights off and refused to give me my order when it was filled threw the app. I waited over a hour to get my order and the lady at the counter, did it.I tipped her five dollars because the manager wouldn't come out of the back office

Visited this McDonald’s on 12/16/25 around 7:00 PM and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. I approached the manager on duty (with dreadlocks) to raise a legitimate concern, and he barely acknowledged me at all.
Instead of listening or acting like a professional, he was too busy gossiping, joking around, and messing about with teenage coworkers. I was left standing there feeling ignored and dismissed, like my time and concern meant absolutely nothing.

Went through drive thru at 9pm last night. Service at the speaker placing order was fine but the wait time was insane. There were 3 cars ahead of us and I could hear and see the guy working the 2nd windows hollering and laughing with someone else. Then it sounded like a party with alot of loud laughing. Tried to see name tag but no one was in uniform or had name tags. Very disappointed in the service last night. Another car behind us left and went to Taco bell....wished I would have done the same...our food and fries were cold.

The Entire store sucks, Not because of the business strictly the employees, I've come at 6 different times of a day, time of a week, The food has been cold, Consistently missing items, I've never had a full warm meal, And everyone seems so rushed, when the store has nobody, Especially when its empty and there's consistent mistakes and error, the location needs to be re-evaluated

I have tried to come to this mcdonald’s SOOOOO many times and i’ve literally seen several people inside and they never take my order in the drive thru. All i want is a mcdouble to cure my hunger after my 12 hour shifts but this location makes it impossible. Don’t come here between the hours of 2am-5am because it will be a huge waste of time. I’m very disappointed and i am NOT mclovin it.
