Never fails to get the wrong item here I ordered two number sevend and one of the cheeseburgers I got had no meat and I ordered no pickles and they had put a crazy amount of pickles on this Bun these guys are in here playing around when I pull up to the these guys are in here playing around when I pull up to the front truly horrible place to eat I see why I haven't ate here in forever never again

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. I put in a mobile order at this location and drove over there. When I got to the McDonald's there was one car at each speaker but no one was in the process of ordering. We were all just sitting there. Eventually both of the cars in front of me drove away without actually ordering anything. If I hadn't already paid on my phone ahead of time I would've left too. After more than ten minutes waiting at the speaker saying "hello" loudly and getting no response, another car pulled up to the speaker next to me and was asked to order immediately. So I had already been waiting at this McDonald's for over 20 minutes for food that I already ordered and paid for but they decided to take this other cars order first. When they did finally greet me over the speaker I said I had a mobile order and provided my code. I was asked to pull around. When I arrived at the first window the employee had no idea what was going on. I told them I had a mobile order and they asked if I had checked in, I said yeah the person at the speaker told me to pull around. They then shouted into the back "YO YALL GOT HIS MOBILE ORDER" and asked me to pull up to the next window. I pulled up to the next window and waited for another 12 minutes for my food, which was cold and they didn't put any of the sauces I had ordered for my nuggets in the bag.Just a horribly slow location that is disrespectful to their customers. Go somewhere else.

If you want to work for a fast food restaurant without actually working at one, this is the place for you! I ordered a chicken sandwich, add cheese. I paid for the cheese. After waiting for 8 full minutes at the counter to order (no one in line in front of me, multiple employees behind the counter seeing I exist but not acknowledging my existence, I was finally granted the opportunity to order from a woman who very much made it clear she was ready to leave work. She made such an effort to show she didn’t want to be there, her dedication was very evident and commendable. After ordering and paying for an extra slice of cheese, I was then thankfully discussed amongst the crew working on my chicken sandwich as they all talked about how broke I was for wanting to add and pay for cheese on my sandwich. Finally, 10 minutes later my one chicken sandwich was ready. See photo. When I received my chicken sandwich, I noticed there was no cheese. The sandwich itself was mostly crispy, partially chicken. Again, see photo. I let the employee know that my cheese was missing. Roughly 5 minutes later, as I stood in the empty restaurant, my cheese arrived in a chicken nugget box and I was told to assemble the sandwich myself. I am truly grateful for the experience.

I almost never write reviews but today I must have to. My daughter today found a hair inside of one the chicken nuggets she was eating. I understand sometimes things happen, but honestly this is something that can’t be happening. You need to check more on the hygiene of your staff. It’s not the first time something happens in this location, specifically. The customer service is not very good either. But it’s close to my home and that why I go here. But definitely not going anymore.

The order kiosks (which I use because it's easier to customize an order instead of explaining it to a person) rarely have table tents, so I have to pretend it's 99 or some other number that I hope is not in use. Further, the receipt rarely prints, so I don't have the system generated order number either if I can't remember what the screen said after I sit down. So I pretty much have to stand at the counter until they bring out an order that I recognize.
