Food was good. Restaurant was clean.But, they charged us $0.25 each to drink water?. Also, wife hit the wrong button the checkout and it charged us a 30% tip. That's on her but it's pretty arrogant and stupid for that to even be a default option at a cafe that doesn't even have waiters. In addition, menu is really not clear about upcharges for toppings and thick crust. Pizza cost $22.50 and not $13.50 like the menu said. In the end, left paying $50 for what should have been a $30 meal. Probably won't be back.

I was surprised on my birthday after swimming two miles with an Uber Eats delivery of a chicken and spinach pizza and tiramusu. The order was placed from Washington DC. The pizza had fresh ingredients and was delicious. My dessert finished off my meal. I am driving from Denton to eat at Palio's next time!
My wife bought a digital savings card the Guyer Silverados sold as a fundraiser. One of the offers on the card is 2 large specialty pizzas from Palio's for $21.99 and even specifies it's at the Hickory Creek location. However, the manager won't honor the offer and claims he knows nothing about it. It would be different if he hadn't been rude about it and accused me of making it up. Needless to say, they have lost my business over a bait and switch, especially since it was part of a high school fundraiser.

To think I almost had dominos tonight instead. The pizza here is superb! Hot, fresh and obviously not mass produced. BYOB establishment so bring your favorite wine or beer! I recommend the Ralphie If you like white sauce pizza

Love love love their food always get the Greek pizza , the cheese bread and a gyro and it’s the closest to Boston food around and the price is awesome as well ! Oh and always get the Mac and cheese for the kiddos and they devour it each and every time ( and they are picky eaters lol)
