Service was slow, unfriendly, and employees didn't communicate well. They had limited communication skills, and they were unable to explain menu items or communicate when they over-charged us.
Portions were mediocre and over-priced compared to local competion. All employees seemed uninterested in providing professional customer service. Most spent the time during our visit communicating with each other or on their phones.
This was a second chance for them to earn our business. We only chose to do this because our Vietnamese favorite is closed on Tuesdays. We won't be back. Very disappointed indeed.

I ordered from Uber eats and will definitely be dining in soon! I asked to make the wings spicy and they drew on the box which made my day! The wings were amazing I’m not sure what kind of batter they use but man was it delicious. The pork egg rolls 10/10 and the Bun Dac Biet 100000/10 absolutely delicious and the meat had the best char on it. The meat was juicy and tender and the shrimp was very tasty as well. S/o to Uber eats for suggesting this restaurant, can’t wait to place another order soon!-not in picture but the milk tea is delicious-Side note: the drawing alone should show you they put a lot of love into what they do lol

The chicken pho at Pho Luv is a little bland. The fried egg rolls are ok. Have tried this place several times now, but most of the dishes I have tried have been bland.
I’m a little disappointed because the food is really good but the portions are ridiculously small. Maybe it’s because mine was a togo order, but I was under the assumption a large order of pho would be the size of a large pho.. not a small.

Great place for a big bowl of Pho, broth was rich, smooth and delicious. We also had avermicelli bowl which was excellent. Highly recommend Php Luv.. Also try the milk teas, the Thai and Brown sugar were both very good.
