Poor Customer service skills and petty staff. I forgot to ask for an ice water at the speaker and asked for it at the window and was met with a reprimanding comment “next time can you order that at the box”? If I’m paying you $8+ for a coffee, I would appreciate it if you just handed me the water without a comment. The barista that had to make the ice water was petty enough to fill the cup completely with ice and a shot of water. I understand you may have procedures and policies to follow when it comes to taking orders at the window, but a simple ask of an ice water shouldn’t really fall into that realm. Considering there was no one else in the drive thru, I’m struggling to understand why this was such an issue. I’ve worked in customer service for 10 yrs and this is not how you do it. Especially after asking for a tip. If a manager of the location would like to reach out regarding the experience I would be more than happy to have a conversation and change this review.
I placed my order, they didn’t tell me my order total or even repeat it at the screen- the screen was black! , just told me to “wait”
After waiting I pulled forward toward the window to pay with my phone.
The young Hispanic man scanned my app then handed me my drink. I said this doesn’t look right, it’s not full and is just foam.
I added an extra shot of espresso… he said that what you got.
also he stated according to his manager he wasn’t allowed to give me the water I ordered. -A venti size- so I received a tall instead.
Then shut the window as I was still protesting.

If I could leave zero for service I would. I just left the drive through and their intercom machine wasn't working. I heard the cashier over the intercom asked for my order so I told her. Then it was just silence so I said hello 3 times and she didn't answer. I then proceeded to head to the deive through window and saw a woman with glasses. She looked at me like I was crazy and said I didn't give her my order. I then asked her if she could take my order since she couldn't hear me on the intercom and she said no that I had to go around back to the intercom again even though the intercom is not working. Ridiculous
Don't offer free coffee for Nurses week.
3 people there with only 2 people really working got our coffee and was not good didn't even drink
The food was service, & the atmosphere was great 👍 thank you 😊
All the employees are so welcoming and I love reading the little notes on my coffee everytime I stop at this location
This Starbucks is the best. I ordered the wrong drink and they made it right instantly. They were very respectful and understanding about my mistake.
Love this Starbucks! Shaquetta is so sweet, makes amazing drinks, and very helpful with helping you choose some thing new 10/10
Ordered 3 coffees none of which even tasted like coffee. Very disappointing.

count your days Starbucks, I ordered something this morning and was an order for DOORDASH I use UBEREATS. Make sure that all the order details and correct with the driver before they take off!! I got a refund and tried to order the second time, my drink spilled everywhere all over the bag because you chose a cup with a crack in it - my two sandwiches soaked up the spilled coffee and were completely disgusting and inedible! Do better Starbucks 🙄.
Love starbucks. However, this one needs some work. Staff was friendly but store and bathrooms pretty dirty with trash debris on floor. There was a girl sleeping/ passed out in chair whole time we were there. The whole vibe was off and definitely not your standard. Sorry guys!

BE AWARE GOING TO THIS LOCATION, ELIO AND KAYLA STOLE MY WIFES CELLPHONE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY! My wife got coffee, used the restroom, accidentally left her phone in the restroom, I tracked it back to the starbucks, called it and it rang multiple times, and then moments later the phone was turned off. When called to ask about a phone they were suspicious and deflective, rude and dismissive. I had to drive from frisco texas to confront the situation and then immediately told us "Do you want to check the restroom again?" And there it was in plain sight, EVEN THO WE CHECKED THE RESTROOM 3 TIMES PREVIOUS, Said they never went to the restroom but the manager was in there hiding. SO YOU DO THE MATH. When asking elio why she handled the situation the way she did and stating that she handled it poorly, she was condescending and rude.
