Four of my coworkers and I arrived at the store after having a horrible experience at another local restaurant nearby. We were warmly greeted and received exceptional customer service, along with great food.

It's still the same, sometimes breakfast is good and sometimes it's not
The employees would rather chat with each other than do their jobs went through the drive thru and that girl was laid over the counter talking and laughing instead of getting peoples food .
I don't eat lunch at whataburger they are better hamburgers out there.

I would gladly give it 5 stars on everything but the drive through line is just awful, so if you are in a hurry don't go through it. Go inside and you will be out and on your way much faster. I'm not entirely sure why there's takes so long they have 2 lines going, may just be execution. But besides that the foods always good and staff is always friendly.
