Bakeries in Hico

“It's nice but we miss them being in the house and the extra bakery items.

This has always been a must stop place on our 281 drive. Great coffee and pastry items including vegan ones.

Not as cozy in this new space but it's nice for the new direction they're going. Food is still great. Smoothie was nice on a 95 degree day. Skip the more well known place at the corner and stop here.“

“Driving through Hico and craving some donuts and kolaches so it was a no brainer to stop at Country Donuts. Friendly staff and great donuts. If I’m in the area again, I’ll be back. Maybe a little crazy to make the drive just for a donut.“
