We always stop in Hico on our way to San Antone at the Koffee Kup! The kids love the extensively fried menu and Eddie can’t resist the peanut butter pie! Or the chicken fried steak!
Oh my delicious! I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free, but even without a bun, the mushroom, onion, Swiss burger was so good, and so were the sweet potato fries. My husband had the lunch special - their famous chicken fried steak, which he said did not disappoint. The special also included bread pudding, which he said was absolutely amazing. We were there just after 11:00am, and service was surprisingly fast. Best random food stop I've ever made on a trip down...read full review
