I've been a fan of "31" flavors my entire life. I was very excited when this shop went in a few years ago. My favorite flavor is German Chocolate, but they rarely if ever have it. My issue with the shop is the price is fairly high for the portion you get. The last past few times I went it is literally an ice cream scoop....like 1.5" or less in diameter. It's gone in two bites for me. Service is friendly and the hours are nice.

I received a phone call from the manager today. She apologized and explained the situation. And I appreciate that she took the time to call me personally to do so. She’s offered could have just done nothing. She also could have just posted. But she called, and I appreciate that.
