Ben & Jerry’s

Online the store closes at 10pm on Thursdays. Showed up at 9:30pm and they had already closed. The worker said they closed at 9pm. There is no signage on any doors saying their store hours, so I’m wondering if the store just closed early for no reason..

Ben & Jerry’s is hands down one of the best ice cream companies out there!! Getting to experience it in person is even better! The staff is amazing and really helped you find flavors that you may not have tried! If you get a chance don’t hesitate to stop by!

This place is awesome! I have no complaints. I brought my family to Ben & Jerry's & was very pleased with the service the employees provided. We give a thumbs up to the twins that worked today 9/21/2024.

Love the inside tables such a nice addition to the atmosphere of the shop. Gabby took great care of me and served me with a smile. Offered suggestions and many samples while trying to come to a decision. Great place for great ice cream!

Ice cream tasted fine, but it was super soft and drippy. Definitely an interesting texture than I'm used to.

The black female worker with the glasses was weird. When asked a question she would nod her head instead of speaking, wouldn't smile, and just stared. The oddest customer service. My partner thought she was baked, but I couldn't tell if she was just standoffish. She seemed to talk more to her co-worker than me.

Ice cream here is not good at all. Would rather buy ice cream that’s Kroger brand. That stuff is better than here. Waste of money and space for a business.

Great service- the counter person was very sweet and personable unfortunately we must have come at a bad time or something. The ice cream was freezer burnt and the waffle cone was stale, spent 9 dollars to just throw it away in a nearby trash. I dont blame the staff though! This just seems like a lower foot trafficked store.

Edited as I the owner replied: we had several people try the ice cream and it did taste freezer burnt. An owners response to a customer's complaint tells a lot of the company and it's future as most recent reviews agree with high crystallization in the flavor of the ice cream

Service was good. Aside from that, no reason to go back. If you want Ben & Jerry's go to the grocery store. The ice cream was crystallized, as if it melted and re-froze.

had such a great experience tonight at ben and jerrys with Kayla and Gabby, they were so polite and willing to let me try many flavors with no judgement until I came to my decision

All I can say is “attitude adjustment” - I truly felt like I was a bother just being there.

Thank you so much to the team for creating an amazing camoflage design for my son’s birthday cake. It looked and tasted amazing!
