Honestly the best fastfood burger I have had. Even tops some sit down burger spots. Shoe string fries are crispy and well seasoned. There hasn't been anything that I have tried, that I haven't liked. Now if they take the high fructose out of the fry sauce we'd be golden!

We waited in line for over 20 minutes and paid only to be told there was no custard machine. They refunded my money. That would have be good to know at the time I placed my order.

My first visit to a Freddy's was 11.5.2025. I visited the location near Richardson, TX (store #384, I believe). Food was great. Customer service was great as well. Destini was very helpful to make sure my order was completed correctly and timely. I will be back.

I love these burgers. Smash burgers with flavour and simple but fresh & tasty toppings. Crispy shoestring fries. The custard was just meh. Friendly staff.

They were so unhappy to see us coming in to get food that we just left. We could hear them complaining about us right when we walked in.

The interior of the stores literally disgusting The walls are nasty tiles are falling off everywhere there's tape holding stuff together chairs are ripped plastic faded it's honestly impressive how bad of shape the store is in and then the food was only meh
