Bought some ice cream today. Got two scoops for my wife and one of the scoops was the wrong flavor. I also got two scoops for myself but I’m pretty sure I only got one scoop and it was just one flavor. I have a punchcard and she didn’t punch the card. Not a good experience this time $17 order wasn’t right and only got one scoop of ice cream and paid for two .

Really fun, really yummy! The customer service was above and beyond!!! I have a gluten allergy, and the woman helping us (I think her name was Isabel) got a clean scooper and dipped from an unopened ice cream tub to make sure of no cross contamination! HOW COOL! The ice cream was really YUMMY! We will be back! 5 starsDietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy. They have a sheet that shows all flavors that are gluten free. And the person who served me got a fresh container unopened, and used a clean scooper! I felt 100% safe!!!

This Handel's seems to mix fewer toppings e.g(fewer truffles in salty caramel truffle) than the Handel's in flower mound. This has happened consistently enough for me to notice a difference in the quality between the two

Handel's only uses pure ingredients in their ice cream. None of the artificial, plastic-tasting stuff that some others use. I've never had a bad experience here and all flavors I've tried were spot on. So glad these guys opened up in our area a few years back. Our server, Brennan, was professional and prompt and gave us suggestions on new flavors we hadn't tried yet. Stop by here for ice cream that tastes like it used to many years ago.

This used to be our go to. Have noticed recently that any ice cream with items mixed in (chocolate chips, cookie dough, etc) have little to none of the added items. Ordered a pint of chocolate chip and it was basically vanilla.
