Tried this place for takeout and ordered the Trio. Ended up receiving only 1 of the 3 items. I can understand someone forgetting 1 item but 2?? It takes it from being careless to theft. Its like going to get a Big Mac meal and they hand you a drink. Simple competency, is that too much to ask? This place does not do things the right way and does not deserve your hard earned money.

One of our Go-To places, usually. When we want to treat ourself we go and get the Trio appetizer and split the "fall-off-the-bone" ribs. Yesterday visit however did not live up to expectations. chips were a bit stale and ribs were DRY and lacked flavor! Waiter quickly replaced but 2nd batch was just a little better, still not good. Left over half the order on my plate. Very disappointing and left us uncertain if we will return. Waiter AM was fantastic, best service we have ever received there. A true bright spot in an otherwise poor experience.

Great experience from the moment we walked in. Waitress was amazing with the right amount of attentiveness. The 12 oz Ribeye was cooked to liking- tender and seasoned to perfection. The pork chops were delicious, in my opinion I think they have Perry’s beat on taste. By far the best deviled eggs, I’ve ever had! The trio appetizer is a lot of dip for the price. However, I wasn’t a fan of the kale salad. First time trying kale, so I’m sure it is just a salad preference. Nice music playing in the background, but not too loud. It’s a nice vibe! I would definitely recommend. The 4 stars is due to food plating. I enjoy great tasting food that is also picturesque:)

I had the 10 ounce sirloin with mashed potatoes and a kale salad.
We took our dessert home.
The steak was great. The mash potatoes are delicious. The kale salad is tossed just right.
We enjoy the food and prices are very reasonable.

I placed a to go order on Saturday, November 2 that was scheduled for pick up in 20 minutes. It took well over an hour, other customers receiving their orders, and a few trips inside still to wait for my order. I was told by two managers Miles and Devon I believe that they would refund my meal and I would receive a credit in 3-5 days and I haven't received my refund and it's 11/8. So I would say the customer service is poor and they lied! They just lost a faithful customer as I went weekly and I referred other friends. 👎🏽

I made a reservation online late this afternoon for 7:00. When we arrived, they had locked their doors and had signs up saying they were closing early tonight. We waited for someone to open the door before we could get in and were told they were closing early for bad weather. There was no bad weather near. It is now after 9:00 and still no bad weather. I am really not happy that we needed to find some place else nearby that late on a Sunday night with no reservation. No excuse for “catering” to the staff over the customers!

I have mixed feelings about Hillside. The food was good—nothing wrong with it—but it didn’t have that wow factor or excitement. It was just fine, and that’s okay. The ambience felt very hotel lobby-like, which was also fine but not memorable. There’s truly nothing bad to say about Hillside, but at the same time, it doesn’t spark my interest. I’d probably choose to try somewhere else that feels a bit more exciting, even if just slightly.

Great food, portion sizes are huge. Atmosphere is perfect for any occasion. Also have tvs that play Sunday football. Would come back anytime.

We have been going to Hillside Fine Grill since they opened the doors. The staff is friendly, service is excellent and great options for the whole family. Some of our favorites are the Lemon Herb Chicken, Bacon Cheeseburger, Cade's Chicken Strips, Ribs, Chicken Sandwich and the Grilled Chicken Salad with the lemon dressing. The mashed potatoes are in a class of their own, our daughter gets double potatoes every time she orders. They treat you like family and is our go to for birthday dinners and family get togethers. We highly recommend reservations.

I absolutely love Hillside! Their baked potato soup is to die for! The service is always great and Brittany is the best bartender in town.
Their ribs are so tender and delicious... and purchased locally from another favorite spot of mine! (Flurry's) You can't go wrong with the whipped mashed potatoes and street corn!
Lastly, the cauliflower app is so good and I'm an insanely picky eater. It's crispy with a delicious sauce. I was scared to try cauliflower... and I love theirs!
