the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the pasta is pretty similar to the pasta u get at cicis if everyone is wanting to know what to expect but i think it’s really tasty. only annoying part was that we couldn’t do a split payment on one of our bowls, but i don’t think that would be a problem for most ppl. overall i’ll definitely come back!

This place is great if you are a cheese lover or a Mac n cheese connoisseur. They let you build your own bowl and customize it however you like. You can get tots or noodles for your base and then choose from tons of cheeses and meats. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place is also super cute! I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

Tried this place today because it sounded like an interesting concept but was highly disappointed. We should have realized from the moment walking in because it was not a welcoming environment nor did their TVs work so we didn’t even know the menu or how to order. The on-site manager was very nice and he explained how it worked and gave us a paper menu to look at. We tried a buffalo chicken bowl and a grilled cheese sandwich with chicken. The noodles were pre-made and just sitting in a big bucket, the liquid cheese was most likely purchased at Costco in a large can, the meats look and tasted artificial. They scoop out the artificial chicken with a 1/4 cup measuring cup so it’s hardly any meat in the first place. It was overpriced and both of our stomachs hurt the rest of the day.On top of the food being overpriced and gross - The owners walked in while we were there and created a weird, very unprofessional setting. Their son worked there but they didn’t know the other employees names and we listened to them and watched this very awkward interaction. They also had an Amazon bag in their hands and started opening their Amazon-ordered kitchen gadgets at the table next to us. Overall, it was a waste of time and money and we will never return.
