Twice this week I've placed an online order just to show up and the store not even be open. The first time I returned an hour later and the employee was extremely dismissive of his wrongdoing. Will now be taking my business to Tropical Smoothie, as they are always open during their listed business hours.

Worst experience I’ve had today. The girl working this morning black long hair, black shirt with gray hoodie. She ran under the counter to hide and peaked her head up once or twice and then walked to the kitchen minutes later and hid, while they were supposed to be opened. I waited about 20 minutes outside sitting from 7:59-8:19 because i placed the order online and i started to drive away then turned around when my app said my order was completed and made it back by 8:24 and still no one unlocked the doors. She should be fired. tried calling multiple times and no answer. I understand she might’ve not been fully opened but she could’ve picked up the phone at least since Jamba was supposed to be opened and communicated with the guest (me) that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Drove home which is 10 minutes away and was calling Jamba again and the girl picks up saying my smoothie is ready. Picked up my smoothie but it was a hassle

Customer service is always horrible. I feel like I’m irritating or inconveniencing them when I walk into the store. Also, it’s not difficult to NOT burn a Parmesan pretzel when the oven is automated…c’mon, kids.

This is is my go to smoothie place! The variety, the healthiness, and not putting crap in smoothies is why Jamba Juice is my fave place to get my smoothies. This location was awesome I placed my order online called for my order to be brought out curbside and within five mins they were in my hands I tried the vanilla blue sky it was okay but not my favorite. I usually love the Caribbean flavor and mango best hands down. I also tried the Cranberry one a bit too sweet/ tart for me but they have so many options check them out!

Good customer service and the juice is tasty. Would definitely come back again. I wish they had a drive through but you can order and drink over there as well.

Haven't been here in a while.. The service was great!! I need to come by more often. Tried the Matcha green tea blast with almond milk.. oh my goodness it is better then I was expecting.. go try one if you're by a Jamba ??

so, i get here at 7:50.. 10 mins prior to closing,, i hate to be that person who shows up like that but when i pull up the lights are off and the open is on.. i walk in and they had the register closes and everyone was rude!!

Google Maps says they're open until 9p, but they actually close at 8p.That's just poor management.

Jamba is a super fun job with an awesome manager and coworkers and amazing smoothies and food!
My favorite place to grab fresh juice in the DFW area! Not only is it affordable, they fresh squeeze the fruit and vegetables right in front of you after you order. I get the carrot orange twist with apple juice and 3G energy as a pick me up in the mornings or when I'm busy running errands. Check this place out and make sure to say hi to Law and Megan! They always greet me with a smile and ensure my order is made correctly. Love this Jamba location!
