Horrible service, food is cold, and the workers are clueless. Will not visit this location again and have been coming here for quite a while a couple of times a week.It's no wonder you smooth brains work at McAlister's Deli. Any job that requires an IQ above 20 you wouldn't be qualified for. Waste of space and air. Be a better place if you people didn't exist. Worthless

Pick up from here about once a week, sometimes more. Today I got sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened tea. Please do not go down this path or you will lose my business. Pay attention to the online orders. I boycott restaurants that get orders wrong. Waste of money for me, especially at $2.89 for tea. And yes, I doubled checked my order.

McAlister always has quality food at reasonable prices.
This place is consistently behind on all prepaid orders. I can place an order 2 hours before I'm going to pick it up and they're still going to be late on when it's available for pickup.They don't seem to start working on orders until You wait 10 minutes after the deadline to ask about your order and then they start working on it.Very reactionary. Not proactive.

YUM!Parking: Depending upon the time of day, it can be hard to park at this location. I usually am able to find a spot, though.

The service was quick and friendly. We came in during a Sunday morning. It wasn't too busy. We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and the country potato soup. Great choice for the incoming cold weather. Overall, the restaurant was clean and appealing.

Twice now we've ordered delivery. Twice their delivery service Doordash has delivered to the wrong address. It's their delivery service screwing up and I have requested full refunds on the last two orders. Too bad as the company usually has good food. Too bad the delivery service used are idiots.
