Came for a date night planning to drop $150-$200 & then come back with our 4 kids next week.Was seated in a booth and waited 9 mins w/o anyone acknowledging us - hosts walking all over the place just standing arnd talking to each other.We didn’t get silverware, water, nothing… (?)Upon us walking out, we told the hostess by the door “there’s a reason you barely barely have a 4 star google review”. She smiled very sarcastically and said “thanks for coming in”. LolTheir marketing spends $1000s for people like us to notice this place and give it a try, and minimum wage employees run us off with a smile on their face. LolPlenty of great places to spend our money within shouting distance. Not sure if anyone in mgmt even cares about honest reviews like this.

I am sitting here saying to myself if this place wants to succeed it better get it act together. My reservation was for 8 PM and it is now 9:15 and still waiting for the chef to come. I am here to celebrate an event and now I am not very happy. What is your problem I am not one to complain but this is a little bit foolish to be call a restaurant. It should be called the place to wait and die of hunger. My suggestion is it you want a meal before midnight don't eat here. If this place is going to be this slow they should offer a discount of 2% per minute after time promised. He now is here so I will find out how good he is at cooking.

This place is one of our favorites! The chefs do such an enthusiastic show which isn't the same. My teenager enjoys it very much!Kid-friendliness: My teen loved the show but we also had multiple kids of all ages here and the chef was interactive with everyone.
Love this place, portions are a great size, food never disappoints, we crave the rice from here, great service as well!

Our server from the moment we walked in was absolutely great! She from the moment we walked in to the moment we left she kept us laughing and was just so great ! I didn’t get her name but she was in the closing shift with shorter hair and our hibachi chef was so funny too and he sang Shania Twain for our anniversary! Truly was a very interactive funny pair and they made the experience so great we will definitely be back!

The food is wonderful but the customer service is lacking. No point in making reservations because you’ll still have to wait 30+ minutes and be ignored by the staff. They are all shy and not outgoing. Once we finally were seated we got drinks and the salad/ soup but the chef didn’t come until 45 minutes later.

Placed my order online and it stated food would be ready in an 25 min. U sent my other half to pick it up as i am sick. Took them an hour and half. I have been eating here for years, sometimes once a week, and this is unacceptable for the price we pay.
