Nestle Toll House Cafe

I ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and they gave me 3 sugar cookies and 3 nut cookies. So they will mess up your order. Triple check they have your order right. Also the cookies are not made fresh. They bake them early in the morning. Cookies taste fine.

The packaged Nestle Tollhouse cookies are just as good and less expensive

Bought a cookie cake for a birthday. Picked it up today and I’m pretty sure they cooked it yesterday. It was very stale and overcooked. The icing was even stale.

Was really disappointed this evening, it was 8:45 and the sign says open yet their doors were locked. The young ladies in there were too busy trying to close down everything I guess they had other plans. They didn’t even pretend not to see us come up to the door, guess they thought we couldn’t see them since they turned all the lights out….shame

The girl behind the counter was nice enough but she had her two friends who very obviously did not work there also behind the counter with her. They were taking selfies and the girls who didn’t work there knocked over my milkshake and the blender and started laughing the taking more selfies with the spilled drink. Just highly unprofessional and not worth $12 for 2 cookies and the shake. I was also not offered a receipt.Update: the owner of the location replied to my review and was also incredibly unprofessional. Please avoid this location.

Not sure what I’m paying for. They didn’t have creamer for the milk, the floors were absolutely disgusting from the night before. I came in at 10am right when they opened. Looking around there are crumbs everywhere. I’m highly disappointed with the sanitation of this place.

Was roaming around and oh my did this place bring back nostalgia. Grabbed a ton of cookies and snarffed them in traffic all the way home. Was being a bit selfish and ate most of it, I guess I'll save one for the fam. 😆 Best ever last minute munchies.

I hosted a party on short notice and the staff was still friendly. The employees on the phone were polite even though they were busy. The employees who worked that day were willing to put party favors together. I appreciate the customer service.

Great spot, good variety, amazing cookies, and very pleasant staff. Recognize few staff members from my High School. Really a must visit if your in the area.

Thought I ordered a hot chocolate, turns out I ordered a hot watered down milk with two chocolate chips at the bottom of the cup.
