Palios Pizza Cafe at Highland Village

I put online order in through zing and the order wasn’t processing for 10mins so I called them and the guy tells me my order never came in when my payment went through. I asked them I don’t want to order anymore and he hangs up before I proceed to say to cancel my order if it comes in because I PAID ONLINE. But no the guy hung up. So good luck getting kind service here

This place is my favorite pizzeria in Flower Mound. My cousin and I went there last year in October and we both ordered calzones. They were delicious, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing too. I've already referred 3 of my close friends to go there. I will definitely be coming back as soon as I'm back in Flower Mound.

Really can’t understand why this place doesn’t have better reviews. We ordered 7 pizzas for a group that takes their pizza pretty seriously and everyone was impressed. The Cade & Blake was the overall favorite but the Noah’s was also delicious. Palio’s is going to be our new go to after moving into the neighborhood this year.

this place was off from the beginning, the lights for the lobby were turned off and it was only 5, the soda machine wasnt working because they didnt turn it on and it poured as if the nozzels havent been cleaned… the cashier was rude and the tables werent clean We ordered a sweetza, had to go up and ask for it after not receiving it, when we did receive the sweetza, it had no ice cream. I went to ask if they had ice cream for it and i was told they were out. I wouldnt have paid 8.00 for a cookie with syrup having known there was no ice cream.

Good place to get thin crust pizza, salad and dessert. Smaller venue so not great for big parties. My fave is the Molly and Greek salad.

I highly recommend getting your pizza elsewhere, unless you’re a fan of horrible experiences. I placed a pickup order an hour in advance and when I came to pick it up they couldn’t find the order at first but then it came up but they hadn’t even started on the order.

No apologies, nothing! There was one customer there so it wasn’t a matter of just being busy. While I sat and waited for 20 minutes I saw 2 other customers come in with similar issues and they were furious. I feel their pain!!!

This next part is technically on me, but I made the mistake of expecting the order to be correct and since it was 7 pizzas it would be tough to check every box. I get home and they forgot a sandwich. I drive back to pick it up and get a call letting me know 2 of the pizzas have vegan cheese so I had to get them replaced.

I see the sam 3 people standing by the register making me feel like an inconvenience. The same couple was still sitting in their booth without there food almost 40 minutes later. They went to the counter, told the employee and she seemed confused. Sure enough they completely just forgot about them. How do you forget about the only customer in the building when you can see them around the corner.

I have been a Palios fan for over 10 years..but this location is so inconsistent I’m going to start going to another one. We’ve had it delivered 3 times now and something is always wrong and off and weird. This time I’m mind blown at the issues. We ordered 3 XL pizzas and we were delivered so many boxes of medium pizzas. When I called to see what is going on she said her coworker couldn’t get the pizza dough big enough so we had to do small pizzas……SO WEIRD. Not to mention I told them last time we got our pizza it was all soggy and not crunchy and I was so bummed and she said sorry that means it didn’t cook long enough I’ll make sure this time it’s normal and cooked long enough. You guessed it again this time it’s soggy and thick….no more chances. I’m tired of typing so not even going to go into the multiple other issues…fix your quality control

I highly recommend Palio’s pizza in highland village the salads the best everything very fresh the pizza are very good and the chicken Alfredo is my favorite very good food the cook very friendly with customers

Placed an order through the phone, drove there, and the door is locked. No one is inside and no one calls to say they left. Are you serious?? If they call me to say there was an emergency then I’ll take this review down. But I’m sure I won’t see anything until months later since no one responds right away.

Pizza is great! Very Italian vibes.The wings are amazing!! Very well seasoned.Salad was decent. Just a regular pizza place salad
