On a busy Friday night, my son and I came into the HV location for dinner. We were greeted by the lovely cashier. She was efficient and courteous while taking our order. Our food was made quickly and brought to our table with no issues. Although Pei Wei is not a typically a dine in/be waited on, our server graciously brought us silverware, napkins and soy sauce for the table. We will be back soon as it is becoming one of our favorite places for a quick, friendly and affordable place to dine!

This place never disappoints! Fast and friendly service and every dish I've ever tried it delish! Honey seared chicken and drunken noodles are 2 of my favorites. My kids love the orange chicken over noodles.

The servers are very polite and thoughtful! Jessica has always been an engaging and helpful server. She could answer every and any question I had about the food with a smile. I enjoy the quality of the food. I got a spicy Mongolian Steak and the spiciness was just right. I would recommend this place to friends.

Pei Wei to me is PF Changs on a budget. $10.95 will fill you up and some might go home with you as well. Food is always good and fast. Clean, plenty of roomy space and always the Chinese fortune cookie for dessert!
Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed the menu showcasing the items from Chef Jet Tila. I wanted something spicy with chicken, so I chose the Spicy Drunken Noodles. I decided to get one of the premium bottled beers. When I asked for an bottle opener, I do not believe diners opt for the beer. The cashier initially had trouble finding the opener and then had trouble how to use it. The heat in the Spicy Drunken Noodles is subtle. When I started eating it, I falsely thought the dish was not spicy. After sometime, I started noticing the dish was spicy. Fortunately, the heat did not overwhelm the delicious flavor. Why the low rating? Once I finished my meal, I got a fortune cookie. After my first bite, I immediately had to spit it out. The fortune cookie tasted terrible. I could not believe a Chinese fusion restaurant messed up on the fortune cookie.

I haven't had the opportunity to eat here in years so I was excited to place an online order tonight. Ordering was easy, pulled up for curbside and it was promptly brought out to me with a smile. Then I tasted the food...not that great. so disappointing. I ordered the chicken lo mein and the chicken with brocolli....both dishes were smothered in this sweet sauce that was overkill. way too much sweetness. I couldn't even taste the flavors of any of the food, all I tasted was the sweet sauce. sickly sweet. I had to add some soy sauce to breakup the overwhelming flavor. the vegetables in the lo mein were just sad. mainly shredded carrot, not much else there. chicken texture was ok. the Brocolli in the second dish looked old or not fresh. more yellow than green. overall experience tonight was disappointing. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location.
