I literally eat here every blue moon.. & when I do it’s never correct. I’m always confused as to why every time I come here they’re giving me whatever THEY want instead of what I ordered. How do you get Cajun and original hot mixed up? If I ordered well done why is everything still soggy? They literally do what they want at this location, I never see any managers here just kids EVERYTIME I ORDER HERE literally. Won’t be getting my money again

They left part of the order out of the bag. Drove back to get the order. Never accepted responsibility for the mistake. Terrible customer service. Check your order before you leave the restaurant.

I order from them often and last night was my most recent time. This place has always been consistent with timeliness that the wings are ready, and preparation of my order. My order has always been correct. I love the way they prepare the wings and the wings taste excellent each time. They are very nice every time I go there to pick up my wings no matter how busy they are and they get busy. This Wingstop will continue to get my service. Keep up the good job staff and crew.

Food is excellent, but if they mess up your order, good luck. They don’t stand behind what they promise. Told me I would have a credit and lied. Store Manager Eligió should have better training, people skills are terrible. He said they don’t have a district manager, he is the top of the food chain. Corporate will be informed! I’m speaking from a corporate customer service position. Do Better!!

I dined in recently and the service was amazing. As soon as you walk in your greeted with smiles and the food is cooked fresh and perfect! And the lobby is so clean, the workers are always cleaning and keeping up with the tables. Definitely recommend coming

Called in and ordered in advance cashier rang up the complete wrong order and then i had to reorder again ! Worse experience ! Team was just sitting around talking and on the phone !

Ordered delivery and my drink was not delivered. I tried to speak with the manager he told me that he can only give me store credit. When I declined he then tried to tell me the drink was free with the meal so he really doesn’t owe me anything. Smh. I said no that’s not true and I asked him, so you are basically stealing my money? Then he told me to complain to corporate if i have a problem. On top of that the chicken was terribly chewy and fatty. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.Update: they sent me $5 gift card for my troubles. I appreciate it but unfortunately the damage is done. Best of luck to them.

Ordered through their websites delivery option and did not recieve the ranch cups I ordered. Spent 25+ minutes on the phone with the restaurant because the 2 females employees couldn't not seem to understand my issue. All I recieved was a refund for ranch so I guess I'll eat the cost of delivery since I had to go up the store to recieve a new order. Side note: I had to ask them to remake my order bc they thought just offering me ranch was enough. Even though, at that point, my order was cold and not fresh due to spending all that time trying to explain my issue to a bunch of clueless employees. This is unfortunate as I am a frequent customer of this location and never previously has a problem.

Don’t waste your time with this location! After letting a few wrong orders (via delivery) slide, because we are all human, we had enough and contacted the store for resolution. They told us they could not refund us but that they could “credit” our phone number for the amount we had paid. Lo and behold, we attempt now TWICE, to redeem that credit and it’s not there and nothing anyone present can take care of. We should return on Saturday when the person that told us that is working. Extremely irritating for more than one reason.. like, why is there not management capable of handling this on property? What kind of establishment doesn’t have the capability of handling a more than likely common issue with a simple resolution?

The wings I just paid a $1.15 apiece weren't worth$ .5 cents, they were so burned. Come on manager check the orders before they go out the door!!! I just waisted $50 bucks.

Came in the other day did a take out order on almost a $50 order. Got home and some of my condiment sauces was spoiled. Terrible when you think that's what your gonna eat with your food. And you bit into it and it leaves that flavor in your mouth. And the fries I received was old dark and nasty.
