Backdraft Bar-Be-Que Inc. offers great food, including the popular Friday special. The restaurant has friendly staff, with the ladies being particularly welcoming. However, the venue could benefit from some upkeep, with dust collecting and sanitary areas seeming to lack attention. The breakfast menu is a hit with some customers, but others have experienced issues with food allergies and requests not being honored.
The unassuming exterior doesn't hint at how good the food is inside. Apparently, going with a fire fighter theme is fun, but the food is a treat. Customers have enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast tacos, as well as the chicken fried steak with fried green beans, where the beans were excellent. The restaurant provides plenty of parking space and is wheelchair accessible. While one customer couldn't recommend the sausage, they believe the rest of the menu is probably good. This is a great little mom and pop place that customers are eager to visit again.
