It never fails that when me and my husband go to the Sonic in Highlands Texas, they ALWAYS get my part of the order wrong. We couldn't order from the drive-in, they told us we had to go to the drive thru. After waiting a half an hour waiting in the line, then another 10 minutes when we got to the window, the girl read our order off not only once, not twice, but 3 times and they still didn't put my chili cheese fries in our bag. I’ve been several times to this location mainly because of the convenience of it.. Tonight will be my last time.. The chicken strips were very obviously microwaved. The French fries were somewhat warm, and my wife’s hamburger was cold. And of course, there was no sauce for the cheese sticks either. Thats nothing new though..
