Disappointed in the customer service. We placed an order for over $200 for 15 people plus a tip only received 14 orders. We went back to get the order we missed and the people who helped us was so rude. You all really need to work on your customer service especially in a small town. I know that we won’t be placing any more big orders with Branded Burger again.
