Brand new chili's in Hillsboro. Eaten there twice great each time.
Just visited the new location in Hillsboro and was stunned by the level of service at this very small Chili's. This will be our new must stop between Dallas and Waco.

Chili's Grill & Bar has a new location in Hillsboro that is described as a very small Chili's with an amazing level of service. Visitors call it the absolute best Chilis they have ever been to. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Even when busy, the food arrives hot and delicious without feeling rushed. The bacon cheese burger, the mushroom burger, and the French fries are singled out as fanominal, with the fries called the best ever had. The whole team works seamlessly, and it is a must stop between Dallas and Waco.
