The staff has done better. The food is pretty good and they may ask you to park and wait for them to deliver it to your car. I didn't mind.

I gave this place the five hands down , our food was hot it was bought to our table , with a smile and enjoy!! The restaurant was clean the atmosphere was bustling , we enjoyed our stay immensly never have i visited such a Dairy Queen!!

I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen if it was the last one in this world! We were the first people in the drive thru and we had to wait 30 mins on our food and it was ice cold! Couldn’t take it back bc we’re headed to Dallas for a love on that doesn’t have much time to live. This is very very awful for fair queen! I give this place and the window lady a 0000
They got my order wrong, & the food wasn't fresh. Since they weren't busy it should of been. No 1 was there except me. & the person on the end of call was in her car taking orders. WOW, Imagine that. So probaly didn't wash her hands. I should've just got my money back, & went somewhere else. Was visiting the city.

I understand that working at a Dairy Queen in Hillsboro might not be a dream job. But the service here is extraordinarily bad. The person who took our order was rude. And we waited so long at the drove thru window that the people behind us went in, complained, got back in their car and drove away - all before we ever saw a human come to help the check out window. Food wasn't fresh. Avoid.

We just waited over half an hour for a burger and chicken strips and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The lady working the counter kept interrupting our order to yell at the cook in the back and then announced that she had to go pee. We should have left then. While waiting, we watched an off duty employee go behind the counter to make her own blizzard and chat with the cook for a while. The floor was filthy. The place was dirty, slow, no where close to professional. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant.
