Soda machine is always out of selections. Ordered tacos to eat inside and after 20 min a worker asked me if I had ordered the tacos, told her yes and she came out with my order to-go. It had been setting there, Afterwards went to counter t order a Blizzard and the cashier never came out of the kitchen. The cook saw me several times and never said anything. I left and won't return. This place should CLOSE!
What a great experience this was, compared to last year. Leah (I believe her name is) was AWESOME. From taking my order to giving me my food, she was the sweetest and her customer service was great. She got my order correct and did it all with a smile on her face the entire time.
I got a chicken strip basket and a new York cheesecake blizzard. Make sure to ask for your blizzard now rather than later if you think you'll forget to ask. They do delayed blizzard serving so they always make it to you fresh. There's hardly anyone in the building and I only saw maybe two people working and everyone else was either in the kitchen, working on the broken soda fountain, or nonexistent.
