Had myself a patty melt at like 1am with friends. It was really good, especially when you add in some honey butter. The milkshakes here are always thick and consistently good. They don't melt easily and can make it home with you without turning to liquid. The indoors environment was friendly and casual.
Always very fresh like most whataburgers, highly recommend their chicken strips with ranch. only cons about this location is that the line is always long and because they usually cook it fresh it takes extra long, and the bathrooms are a mess.

Tried the new steakhouse burger and really wasn't impressed. I couldn't taste the sauce and the cheddar cheese looked like it was 3 hours old. May try again at another location before I rule it out completely.

Service was ok. But the burgers were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted I didn't cut anything and there was no onions or tomatoes on my burger my wife's burger was like it was just taken out of the fridge. It's not ever usually like that until yesterday around 3pm. I guess it was shift change and the worst food I have ever eaten from any Whataburger. Was really disappointed in the drive thru. Will never use it again in Hillsboro.

?Curbside in a ORANGE SEMI, DIRECTLY beside the parking lot, explained to the employee ?that i will gladly walk n pickup my order in the parking. Asked if she could put my order in a? plastic bag, since it's raining & I use a cane to walk. She hung up me. Waited OVER 20 minutes for my ?COLD order. Couldn't take the tea , since she DIDN'T put my order in a plastic bag. NONSENSE. NO RESPECT for the physically challenged. Stick the triple meat in yo colas.
HILLSBOROUGH's WHATABURGER served me with the BEST WHATABURGER I have had in a long while.I was greeted soon and the young man was friendly & attentive.My order was ACCURATE ( DM WHATABURGER, add MAYO, GRILL the Onions...1 Jal Pepp on the side ) and properly cooked & prepared ( Mustard on the Bottom Bun, NOT on the Lettuce/Tom/Onion ).An employee was mopping the floor & completed the entire dining area while I ate.He was NOT using STINKING CLOROX BLEACH to clean the floor.I then ordered another burger to take home to my wife...in Arlington.

In town for work and one can’t go wrong with good break from Whataburger. The cashier that took my order through the drive-through was rude. When I got to the window she was wearing blue latex gloves that were dirty. That definitely upset my stomach. The cashier gave me by food and closed her window. No condiments were given. Will not be stopping at this place ever again. Negative way to be so early in the morning! Receipt says Max M was the cashier. She needs to get better customer service training.
