Wow 80 dollars for a quick dinner for 4. Food was ok. Not bad but not red river cantina either. I’m all about supporting small business and local but if the portion size is the reason for 17$ quesadillas then make them a bit smaller most people don’t eat that much. Service was good and them having big red on ice definitely was nice but I’m not gonna spend 90$ with tip for a quick meal.
I’ve been told for years that the cheese burger is amazing. I would never try it, I’d say “why eat a cheese burger at a Mexican restaurant?” Well today I finally ordered the CHEESE BURGER!! It IS a great burger!! I’m so glad y’all are back! ….connie

El Sombrero Cafe is an excellent Mexican restaurant with delicious cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend trying burritos and cocktails, they are especially good here. The service is fast and friendly. I will definitely come back here again.
