I’ve been going to this donut shop for eight years now with my kids. It is such a shame that these people have let this place go downhill. Food and service is horrible. I bought multiple donuts but when I open the bag as soon as I got into my car the donut wholes she gave me were WET & SOGGY donuts. maybe they got too hot and sweated and I told them that, when I went inside and kindly asked for a refund, both women got so mad. And it was very clear after one rolled her eyes and then yells at the other to “come deal with it” This women then pulled the donuts out of the bag and ate them in front of me to “prove a point” that they are fine. 🤢🤢 gross & unprofessional.
It is 100% worth driving the extra two minutes up the road to the other donut shop. And yes, in the past, they’ve been rude to us. I just ignored it and let it go cause, I have better things to do than worry about a donut shop worker. But after being treated so horrible today, I felt like it was necessary after a couple years now of these two women working up there the Service has gotten worse, and the food is terrible. A honest review was needed!
These were the most disgusting tasting donuts I’ve ever had in my life. And yes, the other donuts we bought as well. We’re dry and hollowed in the middle. They were so gross and not worth it.
Also, the most disgusting acting women over $2.50. She could’ve just given me another bag of donuts and we would’ve been fine. I don’t understand why people work in Customer Service when they have no Customer Service skills just because someone asked for a refund you do not have to take it as a negative. I wasn’t complaining that you had a full grown man laying across your counter the entire time we were ordering, and when I came back inside, which is a health code violation.Sometimes you make mistakes your donuts were clearly Disgusting and you need to treat your customers better. You’re in such a small area With big competition around the corner, treat your CUSTOMERS WITH KINDNESS. Even if they are white!

Unfortunately we stopped going here due to the food tasting like Fabuloso. Stop using this cleaning product it's ruining the food!!

We’ve been regulars at both Baker’s Dozen locations over the past year, including the one off Nichols Sawmill. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning due to a recurring issue. While the donuts are fine, the kolaches have consistently tasted as if they’ve been affected by a cleaning solution. I’m not sure what cleaning products are being used, but something seems to be carrying over into the food. It’s a disappointing experience each time, especially since this has been an issue at both locations.

Love this place. They have some really delicious stuff. I hadn't gotten two steps in the front door before five different people told me good morning. It was a fantastic start of my day. Staff was super helpful and courteous. I've been back several times and it's been just as delightful.

One month ago we got a few donuts and a strawberry filled that was empty, no filling. Today we got an assortment of items including a strawberry filled (that was filled this time), but also an eclair that just had an air bubble in the middle, empty eclair. I wouldn't normally say anything, but since it happened twice now, I'm unsure if we would return. This is such a nice little shop. We enjoy going there. Please work with your staff and get it right!

It's a donut shop...BUT BETTER!The kolaches are a cut above here. Definitely more variety and they are delicious. No complaints on the donuts either. The chocolate covered were particularly good.

Great and clean bakery. Owners are in the bakery and are hands-on. Food products are the best in breakfast products available in the area.

Literally the best donut shop ever, great selection and some very unique options that you don't see at other places. There is a group of guys that are there every morning drinking coffee and they let me and my daughter sit with them. We just feel so welcomed when we come here!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! EVER SINCE THE ORIGINAL OWNERS HAVE LEFT ITS SLOWLY WENT DOWN HILL NOW ITS JUST DOWNRIGHT RIDICULOUS NO ENTHUSIASM AND GOT THE ORDER COMPLETELY WRONG THIS IS LIKE THE 3RD TIME AS WELL I TRIED TO GIVE THE A CHANCE BUT 3 STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT FOR ME, DONT EVEN BOTHER TRUST ME

Great customer service & kolaches. Older lady at the front was very kind. She said that she would pray for me to get the job that I had just interviewed for. ❤️So sweet.
