Stumbled upon this bar when we were going to the Mexican restaurant next door. We walked and were immediately greeted by the bartender and owner. We quickly became regulars as everyone was so nice and remembered us each time we came back. We always take our out of town visiting guests here and they love it!!! Unfortunately, we moved out of state but were just talking about how much we wish there was a neighborhood bar like Sawgood where we live now.
Nice comfortable atmosphere and great spirits, people, and staff! One pool table, dart board and they also have live music and karaoke nights. Nice place to have a drink or two after work.

The people are nice...the bartenders are good...I think the owners aren't familiar with bar business. I bartended there for 3 shifts...I've never been so scrutinized and over worked in my entire life. Been in bar biz for 18 years. No breaks, no relief for meal, nothing.12 hour shifts on feet.literally like 17 glasses in whole place, so I was constantly washing and serving, nobbarback, which was fine...but the place got kinda rowdy and the female owner seemed nonchalant about safety...read full review
