I have been going to this location for a while and it depends on who there but lately every time I go something is wrong with my order as in the pizza is burnt or the toppings I ask for don’t be there and when you call to complain they act like you just trying to get free food instead of focusing on the problem at hand

I placed an order online here for dinner and they said my food would be delivered in around 40 minutes. 15 minutes later, my pizza was already delivered at the door. I rarely order Pizza Hut but the food was in great condition and it was still hot and fresh. I’m posting this because this was the best service and quality I have ever received from a pizza chain like this. This place went well over my expectations. (Get the Cajun dry rub wings!)

Made and order at 6:15 pm delivery was estimated 6:50 so 7:11 hits nothing called and guy said they only got 2 drivers she should be here in 6 min with your order its 8:00 and still nothing had to call and cancel my order I knew I should've ordered dominos

Absolutely ridiculous place an online order in 45 minutes after it should be here no one answers the phone and it goes to singapore. I don't care what the excuse is if you do not have enough people to run the shop you stop taking orders. And don't tell me that Pizza Hut won't allow it. The pizzas are standard good but the service was terrible today. I ordered 2 specialty pizzas and 2 melts. The guy working today didn’t even start working on my order until I arrived to pick up my order which was supposed to be ready. This place is in the middle of nowhere so they were not busy. I also observed that the phone was off the hook. The guy working didn’t even seem to have a care in the world. And eventually put the phone back on the cradle. Thankfully I ordered my pizza online. I will find a way to let the corporate office be aware of this.

Huge shoutout to John at Pizza Hut! I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address (literally across the street), and when I called back to explain, I was ready to pay for a new one. John didn’t even hesitate, he said he’d get a fresh pizza out to me and made sure I didn’t pay a thing. Super cool guy and amazing customer service. Appreciate you, John!

The only thing I'd say needs improvement is the size of the pizzas. Food in general has gotten smaller, a new large is the size of an old medium, but at least the price hasn't gone up much.
