Sometimes the people who run it behind the coffee counter are sometimes tired and kind of grouchy and I’m always trying to make a joke , Messing around and you don’t always get them to crack a smile But it’s just fine. You take the coffee and you turn around but then you think yourself that’s all all right. This coffee is so awesome. She didn’t have to smile at the me I was there for that wonderful coffee .#LoveMeSomeStarbucks.’ssss

Despite a long drive thru line on a rainy Sunday, Ian had a really amped up, cheery attitude. Very sweet at the speaker and in person. Stood out from the usual experience. Thanks Ian

They got mad I wouldn't tip them through the drive-through. If you want to get paid more, take it up with your multi-billion dollar employer.

If you want to wait 20 to 25 mins for some drinks. Go to this awful location. One guy moves like a sloth

Didn’t fill my cup up all the way and asked them to fill it up more and they told me no. Very disappointing👎

Usually I have a good experience at Starbucks but this time at this particular location the place was understaffed and unprepared for the lunch rush they lost my order and when I asked about my order they wanted me to reorder and pay again because they lost the order

I live in Dallas, Texas and came back home to visit family. Stopped to grab my usual order from Starbucks — why is a grande matcha almost $9? With the recent quarterly earnings, I can see why Starbucks isn’t doing well. It looks like franchise owners aren’t hitting revenue goals, so they’re squeezing customers instead. Who needs inflation as an enemy when you’ve got Starbucks making your coffee extra expensive? I frequent the Highland Park, Texas location, and even that store is cheaper. Why is this one priced higher?

How about making more than one semi decent sugar free option ? Like fr yall can afford to buy more than one sugar free syrup… meanwhile Dutch brothers & smaller independent businesses have sugar free options for most of their drinks so I’ve been going there instead
I bring my niece and nephew to this Starbucks every Tuesday. We call it our Tuesdate. Their mother passed away a year and a half ago and this is now where they get their weekly mothering from me. It’s been a hard 21 months but all 3 of us have looked forward to our weekly Tuesdate for the last year. We have had at least 60 Tuesdates and one of the baristas recognizes it and tonight she also referred to it as our Tuesdate. She has no idea what the kids are going through but her mentioning it by name was exciting and comforting to the kids. Consistency is so important and she validated that they have it in small way. I can’t imagine how lost they feel in this world but this barista makes them feel like they belong.
