“Wonderful little hidden gem (that's maybe becoming not quite so hidden). I attended a special wine dinner here and, even though I don't drink at all, I still really enjoyed the meal. The food was all thoughtfully prepared and felt truly like dining at a friend's home. Everything was so personal and intentional.

I was sat at a communal table with other solo diners which led to some really interesting conversation. We all bonded over our appreciation of the food.

“Has to be considered one of the best coffee places in San Anton'. Well balanced and smooth roast and their add-ons plus bakery items from Bakery Lorraine all served vibrantly by friendly baristas makes Theory great in Practice too!”

“First went there earlier this year, impressed us the minute we walked in the door, employees greet you upon entering with a truly warm, illuminating smile. When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! The Insalata Caprese was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted! I had the Pollo Bronx Parmigiana and my husband had Fettuccine di Parma with shrimp. The portions are huge!!! Can’t wait to go back!! “(05/30/25) Eight of us met for dinner at the Pazzo Pastaria and were immediately greeted and seated by the very pleasant co-owner, Ginny. The ambiance is simple, cozy and (thank you), not noisy. The wait staff is excellent (shout out to Katie!); the menu is well organized and offers several out-of-the-ordinary Italian dishes. Don't fill up on the tasty breads and olive oil dip, because the food is delicious and the portions are generous. For a weekend meal, consider making reservations because the restaurant fills quickly. We were pleased with our dinner selections and no one left hungry! The overall experience was so good, we agreed the Pazzo Pastaria would be our new favorite restaurant. PS.
