Came to try it for the first time for my son's birthday, he loved it , service is exelent! Super friendly staff , will definitely come back!
Great option for large portions of food… we were all full and satisfied to the extent! Haha. Fast service, friendly staff, and price is reasonable! The whole place was open and lots of room for the seating and area. Love the sauce section; great to learn how to make certain sauces. Easy and convenient ordering through ipad and our waitress was very helpful and on point. Love this place!
big shout out to Willow our waitress in jonesboro we were a party of 5 newcomers and she helped us understand the menus and how to use the hot pot she made our experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would definitely go again food was amazing!!

A standout feature is the ability to get a whole fresh bowl of broth for refills at no extra charge, allowing diners to try new flavors. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in offering more ban chan sides and reducing noise levels, as it can be overly loud due to the K-pop music.
